Current SLO: Farheen

I want to thank this clipping that I found on Indomania for making me aware of her existence. I may get Kalaignan after all.

A few caps from Nazar Ke Samne:

Jaan Tere Naam(1992)

I wish this DVD were part of Nehaflix's $5 sale. While I'm in love with Farheen's resemblance to Madhuri Dixit, I'm not in love with the possibility that I will watch this only once and forget about it, thus not getting my $10 + s&h worth. If only I could find it online so that I'd have a better idea of whether or not I should buy it.

Songs on YouTube: "Kal College Band Ho Jayega", "Romance Ka Bhi Ek Lecture", "Maine Yeh Dil Tumko Diya", "Rone Na Deejiyega", "First Time Dekha Tumhe Love Hogaya", "Hum Laakh Chupaye Pyar Magar", "Ek Mahine Ki Hi Baat".

Kalaignan(1993)

I half-heartedly want to buy this because of Farheen's(credited as Bindiya) resemblance to Madhuri Dixit. Her on-set affair with Kamal piques my interest as well:

Exhibit A

While I'm on the subject of Farheen, I was able to find only 2 pics of her so far. Depending on where you work, they may or may not be work safe since she's partially naked(but no visible bits): One Two

Back to the movie: The plot sounds interesting, too. And while I don't find Kamal as appealing, lookswise, in this flick, I can deal. I have moments when I actually pay attention to a person's talent instead of just his/her face and/or body.

Here are some songs I found on YouTube:

"Enthan Nenjil"

"Edakku Mudakkana Sarakku"

"Kokkarakko Kozhi"

"Dillu Baru Jane"

"Kalaignan Kattukaaval"
